We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase as we want you to buy only what you need right?  We don’t want pieces hanging in your wardrobe that you don’t love.  We are happy to accept returns for 30 days (in effect from 6 April 2018).  However there are a few guidelines we need to state to protect the rights of all the lovely customers who support our store.

Our aim is to provide you the best personal service we can and to do so we would like to hear from you when you have purchased something from us that doesn’t quite work for you so that we can assist you directly with any issues you have about the product. We will lodge a return on your behalf, discuss your options and instruct you on how to return the item to us in an efficient, friendly and helpful manner. 

We are here for you, so please ring us on 07 5577 5230 from 9:00am to 2:00pm (Queensland time) Monday to Friday to lodge your return. 

We insist that your return purchases are unwashed, unworn and unused, in their original condition with tags attached and shoe box included. We look over all our pieces carefully before posting them to you to make sure they are perfect when you receive them. If something slips our attention however and you receive something that is faulty or incorrect please contact us ASAP of you receiving your order and we will organise a refund or exchange. Naturally you will be refunded the postage costs in this case as well. Let’s hope this situation doesn’t occur, but rest assured you don’t need to stress as you can trust us to look after you as doing our best for you will always be our number one priority.

Our refund policy doesn’t cover items worn or used, damaged after delivery, goods purchased from another store , any pieces that have been altered or attempted to be altered or if the product has been dropped or broken or where care instructions have not been followed.

As most of us know, perfume and water can damage the most precious of jewellery that is your responsibility and we can not accept the return of garments with perfume , body odour (ooowww) or MAKEUP STAINS ( eeeekkk ). Shoes with scuff marks or worn soles can not be accepted either of course.

We recommend that your shoes be sprayed with a good quality protective product following all directions on the can. Please note that hand wash does not mean the ‘hand wash cycle’ on your washing machine, wool wash isn’t suitable for all types of washing and hot dryers can damage garments or shorten their life span depending on the nature of the fabric.

Heat shrinks most natural fibres, ensure that your washing machine does not automatically heat your water… even when connected to a cold tap only this can happen on most modern machines.

Earrings ( unless faulty) can not be returned due to health regulations.

We will refund to your original tender type ie EFTPOS/CREDIT refunds are processed against the original card details ( the exact card used to make the original purchase). Please enclose your ‘Return Authorisation” and clearly mark the outside of the package “Return”. We also offer a store credit as an option and we will discuss this with you at the time of your lodgement. 

Please return your goods with a service providing a TRACKING NUMBER as we can not be responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages on returned goods. .
